Supercharge Your First Aid Kit

Herbs go beyond killing microbes and decreasing inflammation. Though they often do that as well, herbs aid in the healing process like no pharmaceutical has been able to replicate. Amazingly much of the acquisition and application of these plant medicines are historically supply chain and gate keeper independent. This course teaches the fundamental difference between herbal preparations, some common uses for typical conditions, and application of herbal remedies. Most importantly how to make the crucial decisions needed to pull together life saving first aid kits that are particular to their needed function, improving aid and saving money.

With seven hours of video instruction, PDFs, tried and true essential oil mixes, wound powder, and so much more, this course will bring great value to your ability to aid your friends and families in common ailments and emergencies.

For Such a Time as This

Even as a little girl I was interested in emergency medicine. My major, Athletic Training has a first aid component to it. I also became an EMT in College. Through a health condition that modern medicine couldn't fix...I found myself immersed in the science of natural medicine. Herbalism (Registered Herbalist), Essential oils (Essential Oil Institute), Homeopathy (Joette Calabrese courses), Holistic nutrition (NANP, Certified Nutrition Professional), Apothecarist (Herbal Medics), and Wilderness First Aid (Herbal Medics). Some certifications I kept, some I let go, and others I just acquired. Through it all, I have been fascinated with first aid. Specifically now, how to combine my knowledge of natural medicine into a course that will help others create specific first aid kits for every area of their lives.

Herbal Application

Learning lists of herbs and their actions is overwhelming at best and paralyzing at worst. It is good to have a solid place to spring forward into the wonderful world of herbs. A starting place that includes how to actually use the herbs, with tried and true remedies. By integrating the volatile oils (essential oils), homeopathics (natural nano technology), and herbal extractions in practical preparations, we can improve our ability to provide aid to our friends and families at the same time save money on the many future kits that can and should be made as needs arise.

An Herbal First Aid Kit for Your Specific Family Needs

The main focus of this course will be stepping through the process of creating an herbal family first aid kit specific to your family. The myriad of decisions that accompanies an undertaking such as this are broken down into an easy step-by-step format that will help you create a solid herbal first aid kit for your family’s needs. And as you learn and your family grows your first aid kit can evolve to continue to meet your family’s changing requirements. There will be lists for many different first aid kits that may also be of great interest to you. This course will empower you to build the needed kits to meet the aid in many areas of your life.

Standard First Aid Equipment

So much aid can be rendered with basic first aid equipment. There is no reason to not take advantage of the amazing products that are so readily available...and so very useful. I mean we could use sticks, leaves and vines to secure the injury, but ace wraps, SAM splints, and bandages work so well and decrease response time. There are videos on how to put such equipment to good use in family emergency situations.

Blessings from my Apothecary

God is good, all the time. Hi, I’m Sherry and this is my Tiny House Apothecary where much wonder takes place. I love to experiment with different combinations of God’s herbal handy work. Using my education and God’s tool box to solve real-world problems is one of my most favorite things to do. There really is no end to herbal education, since I will never exhaust God’s toolbox. Moving to TN, I have found new real-world issues to solve, specifically tick bites. But that is another story, for another time.
